Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Junior Account Manager to act as a key point of contact for their clients, specifically those with under 250 employees. This role demands a blend of strategic account management and hands-on marketing fulfillment, requiring an individual adept at navigating unique client requests and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance or B2B environments and excel in a fast-paced, client-centric setting.
Responsibilities:
- Dedicated Account Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Manage daily account operations, including billing, correspondence, and reporting.
- Employ creative problem-solving to address unique client challenges.
- Efficient Marketing Fulfillment:
- Oversee the execution of marketing material fulfillment, utilizing established templates and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all fulfillment items.
- Manage and prioritize multiple fulfillment tasks effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and fulfillment activities.
- Effective Client Communication:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Provide regular updates on account status and fulfillment progress.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Operational Support:
- Provide support for various operational tasks as needed.
- Complete many smaller tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the insurance or B2B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and responsibilities
- Prior experience handling multiple small roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing fulfillment processes.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20-$22.24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
