Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm / must be in the office TWT (remote on M & F)

Job Description:

• This job will primarily focus on performing quality analysis of a variety of frozen potato products by grading on market product following standardized grading procedures.
• The candidate will be responsible for procuring samples from the store or through Industries sample request system, executing required testing, collecting data and presenting findings.
• In addition to this, the candidate may also be asked to assist with a variety of tasks within the lab including weighing ingredients, preparing samples and executing basic laboratory procedures.
• The ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to keep on task and self-manage, and be able to clearly communicate the results of their work.
