Licensed Therapist

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable therapist or social worker to join our integrated healthcare team at a rural clinic dedicated to serving patients of all ages. This part-time position offers the potential to grow into a full-time role as the patient load increases. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing high-quality therapy to individuals across the lifespan and be open to working in a collaborative, integrated care model. Additionally, experience or willingness to support patients with essential social needs, such as health insurance assistance, housing resources, and food access, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health therapy across a range of ages (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors) through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Utilize a mix of in-person and telehealth services to meet the diverse needs of rural patients and improve access to care.
• Collaborate closely with an integrated team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient support, focusing on mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Assist patients with non-clinical needs in special circumstances, such as navigating health insurance applications, accessing food and lodging resources, and finding other community support services in special circumstances.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
