Job Details:
Title: Loan Documentation Clerk
Location: Chandler, AZ
Duration: 06 months of contract | Onsite
Pay: $22/Hr. to $23/Hr.
Job Description:
-
Underwriting insurance policies for Home Loans/Refinance Loans
- Reviewing Policy documents to ensure everything is in order for loan originations
- Closures, Funders, HLP (Home Loan Processor), HMC (Home Mortgage Consultant) have done well in these roles
- Attention to detail to delivery accuracy on document review and processing
- Will have 10-day training followed by 1-2-week loan certification to graduate into receiving Loan Authority
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years Loan Documentation
- 1 year Phone Customer service experience
- Customer Communication: Inbound and outbound calls - able to handle difficult customer calls
- Communication with multiple levels of management
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented
