Detailed Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Loan Solutions Specialist
Client: Banking and Finance
Location: Chesterbrook PA 19087 (Onsite)
Duration: 06 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay Range: $30- $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary or secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely resolution of queries or escalations.
Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee loan administration service delivery, ensuring high standards, and adherence to SLAs, particularly from the Portugal Loan Solutions team.
Operational and Regulatory Processes: Monitor and support the implementation of regulatory and operational procedures, ensuring they align with guidelines. Recommend improvements where necessary.
Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and onboard new business.
Client Service Excellence: Ensure all client KPIs and service commitments are met, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the service provided to clients.
Project Involvement: Contribute to small-scale projects or specific tasks within larger projects to improve operational support to clients.
Process Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective resource utilization. Escalate any issues impacting service quality.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in Loan Administration: Prior experience with bi-lateral loans, syndicated loans, loan funds, and direct lending is essential.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan trade documentation, credit agreements, transfer certificates, pricing letters, and the ability to interpret legal documents such as Offering Circulars and Facilities Agreements.
People Management: Proven ability to manage teams, set individual objectives, and monitor performance to ensure delivery.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral English skills to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner across all business levels.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to solve problems and meet tight deadlines.
Cash & Asset Reconciliation Experience: Familiarity with reconciling cash and assets within loan solutions.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in relevant software and systems (Sentry and SWIFT preferred).
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of leveraged loan fund portfolios, CLOs, and experience in loan closing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SWIFT format and cash instruction flows.
Experience with direct lending or leveraged loan fund portfolios.
Understanding of Client Delivery policies and procedures.
Ability to manage the onboarding of new funds across the Loan Solutions product portfolio.
