Join RISE Citrus Ridge as a Maintenance Technician | $22/hour + Quarterly Bonuses Location: Davenport, FL (Must live within 30 minutes of the community or be willing to live on-site)
Compensation: Starting at $22 per hour (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses (up to 5% of your salary)

• Completing regular inspections and warranty-related maintenance with precision.
• Responding quickly and effectively to resident service requests.
• Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and safe-including community grounds.
• Supporting construction walks and helping bridge the gap between construction and operations.
• Managing your daily workload-from loading up your golf cart to completing maintenance tasks-with efficiency and care.

What We're Looking For:

• Maintenance Experience: Minimum of 2 years in multifamily communities.
• Construction Knowledge: Strongly preferred for understanding warranties and proper follow-through.
• HVAC & Pool Maintenance: Hands-on experience required; CPO certification a plus.
• Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable with changing priorities and a fast pace.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and make each day productive.
