Description:You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our Grand Prairie, TX team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products through machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, paint, weld, and tool fabrication.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 union-represented workers on second shift, managing Quality, Schedule, and Cost goals for multiple programs. You will drive process improvements, energize your team, and hold each member accountable for performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing process improvements to achieve target zero metrics
* Supervising multiple manufacturing disciplines in an integrated team environment
* Coordinating daily activities with Production Control, Production Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, and other manufacturing support functions
* Leading and motivating a team of union-represented workers to achieve quality, schedule, and cost goals

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school degree or degree equivalent
* 1+ year of manufacturing experience
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements
Desired Skills:
* Experience working in a union environment
* Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to mechanics/technicians
* Experience working with SAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
