Heat and Control, one of the worlds leading manufacturers of food processing, seasoning, conveying, packaging and inspection equipment systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Hayward, CA. Heat and Control is a well established, industry-leading company with facilities worldwide. We design, engineer and build the machinery that creates and packages prepared meats, poultry and seafood, french fries, baked and fried snacks, and other quality foods. Our name is synonymous with innovation, quality and service throughout the world.

Onsite Job Responsibilities Include:

Review of engineering drawings for manufacturability
Create, release, and revise flat pattern drawings to support production.
Programming CNC manufacturing equipment including Fiber laser, Waterjet, Lathe, Mill
Create and update procedures
Support production by 3D modeling fixtures.

Required Education and Experience

Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and CAD/CAM software
- Manufacturing Machinery Examples: Lasers, Water Jets, Plasma, Milling Machines, Lathes, Drill Presses, Press Brakers
- CAD/CAM Software Examples: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Sigma Nest, Tru-Tops Inch, Boost, SPI Sheet Metal, Mastercam
Visualize space geometry as well as 3D to Flat conversions.
"Hands On" experience working with sheet metal and welding machines, milling and lathe machines, laser, water jet, punch, measuring tools, robotics.
