Our national healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a contract through end of year (with possibility of extension!). This person will conduct 3-4 events per week in the field (local to Tampa area) and have excellent project management skills.

This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- Through 12/20/24
- Flex Hybrid in Tampa, Florida - typically 3-4 events per week onsite

Primary Responsibilities:
- A primary focus of this position is to generate awareness as it pertains to the Florida market healthcare delivery system, specifically the network of providers (employed and contracted).
- Directly support Clinics and their Clinic Administrators with their marketing campaign-related needs
- Responsible for engagement (i.e. face-to-face interaction) with prospects and current patients at events and identifies opportunities within the Medicare eligible population.
- Create and execute various marketing activities in the community in support of clinics / physicians (3-5 per week)
- Document and communicate data that supports the work being done to impact growth. For example, capturing attendees/leads from events, as well as calendar updates.
- Engage in Agent/Broker communications / relationships, expanding the opportunity to connect with prospective patients in partnership with health plan partners and agents.

The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, project management and/or marketing event-related work
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Excel, and Smartsheet

Plus (but not required):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
