Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for driving our Partner Marketing strategy within two key customer segments: Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Mid-Market Enterprise (MME).
- They will lead marketing initiatives to drive demand generation within these segments and partner closely with priority partners to execute Partner-owned marketing initiatives as well.
- They will collaborate cross-functionally with other Partner Marketers, Direct Marketing teams, and Sales counterparts to identify and address the greatest marketing opportunities within the segments through a variety of channels.
- Manage ongoing marketing campaigns including in-person and virtual events, digital marketing, and content creation
- Work closely with priority partners to execute segment-specific marketing campaigns-partnering with other PMMs to provide support and feedback
- Evaluate partner performance, monitor pipeline hygiene, and strategically allocate marketing funds investments to high-performing partners
- Monitor and report out on key performance indicators including sourced pipeline, closed won rate, and customer engagement
- Own communications to Sales/BDR stakeholders on ongoing marketing campaigns, opportunities for customers, and events
Experience:
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Strong Written and Verbal Communication GTM Strategies & Techniques Campaign & Program Management Analyzing Impact & Measurement Google Sheets Proficiency Salesforce
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with the Cloud IT market and Partner experience
- Experience with Segment marketing
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $92.43 to $102.7 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
