Position Overview
Our B2B client is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee and optimize their marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to drive B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the use of Salesforce for marketing campaigns and lead management.
• Provide day to day technical support to the global marketing team on all marketing technology
• Utilize SmartSheet for project management and tracking marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and maintain marketing automation tools, with a focus on Pardot as a nice-to-have skill.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new marketing technologies and tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their marketing technology needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology required.
• 6+ years experience working in a marketing role, focused on technology and process management.
• Working knowledge of some of the following: digital asset management tools, content experience platforms, Social Media platforms (Hootsuite, Everyone Social), analytics tools, webcast platform tools, content management platforms, Account Based Marketing Platform (6sense), chat bot applications (qualified), project management applications (Smartsheet), marketing automation systems, and other marketing technology/solutions.
• Previous professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript nice to have
• Strong project management experience in SCRUM/AGILE methodologies preferred
