Full Job Description
Honeywell is seeking to hire aMaterial Handlerto
work in our Tempe, Arizona plant. As a Material Handler here at
Honeywell, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of
materials within the plant.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation by
performing tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as
well as maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also be responsible for
operating material handling equipment and ensuring compliance with safety
regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established procedures
- Pick, pack, and ship materials to fulfill customer orders
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues
- Maintain
a clean and organized warehouse environment

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability
to operate material handling equipment
WE VALUE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Forklift certification
