As a Material Handler III you will utilize your logistics knowledge & expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of the below duties: utilizing warehouse management techniques to support shipping, and logistics coordination of carriers for both international and domestic orders but not limited and include, including receipts and inspections of goods, inventory control, nonconforming inventory management, material handling & packaging for warehousing, and management system. Material Handlers must have a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail to prioritize the organization's daily operations and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met with maximum product quality. All members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Material Movements Physically and Systematically
- Manage Receiving and Shipping Hot Lists
- Receive and Process Inbound and Outbound Material per Customer and Honeywell Requirements
- Inspect and Test Incoming Materials per Required Guidelines
- Pick and Put-away Materials to Respective Staging and Stockroom Locations
- Complete Cycle Counts, Shelf-Life Management, Material Purges, Scrap Requests and Other Warehouse Health Functions
- Manage Transactions for Nonconforming Material Physically and Systematically
- Initiate, Close and Manage Quality Notifications for Nonconforming Material
- Create and Fund Return POs for Nonconforming Material
- Create Various Reports for Logistics and Key Customers
- Identify and Manage Problem Shelf Materials for Receiving, Inspection, Stockroom and Shipping
- Act as VMI Focal
- Train Teams to Facilitate Flexible Workforce and Cross Training Requirements
- Complete 5S and Other HOS Activities per the Logistics MOS.
- Perform SAP Transactions
- Participate in Annual Physical Inventory and Other Inventory Control Tasks
- Assist in Any Logistics Task as Needed
- Participate in Team / Tier Meetings
- Meet FAA and ISO Requirements
- Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Extend, Reach, and Twist for Long Periods of Time.
- Crouch, Kneel and Stand Regularly Throughout Shifts.
- Must be Able to Use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Strong Work Ethic and Initiative to Learn and Teach Processes

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- 1+ Years' Experience in Logistics
