What You'll Do:

Assist in developing and executing multi-channel media plans, supporting programmatic, search, social, direct buys, and more.

Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.

Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations to improve campaign success.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate placements and maximize media investments.

Stay up-to-date on B2B media trends, platforms, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to clients.
Client & Team Collaboration:

Support the Media Supervisor in client communications, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking.

Work closely with client and agency analytics, ad ops, and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Provide guidance and mentorship for assistant media planners and interns.
What You Bring:

2-4 years of media planning experience (B2B experience strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including programmatic, paid social, SEM, and direct buys.

Analytical skills, with experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting.

Excellent organization and attention to detail-you can manage multiple tasks and deadlines seamlessly.
