Medical Records Clerk - Ophthamology
Richmond VA
MUST:
Recent experience utilizing ECW
Experience responding to medical records requests
Comfortable navigating various screens in ECW
Emailing and faxing medical records
Strong understanding of inbox content in ECW
Experience reviewing pdf documents saved on network drive and loading to accounts in ECW
Experience documenting medical records requests to enable charges for
DUTIES:
The duties of the Medical Records candidates include but are not limited to the following:
Navigate to ECW inbox to review documents and medical record requests
Respond to medical records requests
Review medical requests and print/scan/fax and email medical records as required
Document requests to enable correct charging
