What You’ll Do:

• Develop visually appealing and informative Power BI dashboards that effectively communicate project portfolio data.
• Extract data from various sources, transform it into meaningful insights, and load it into Power BI dashboards.
• Design and implement data models that support the evolving needs of the project portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in data visualization and reporting processes.
• Recommend innovative approaches to data analysis and presentation.

Must-Haves:

• 2-5 years of experience with Power BI.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Basic SQL scripting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and innovative mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with predictive or generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) techniques.
• Advanced data visualization skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.76 to $58.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
