We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while accurately performing night audit procedures.
Position Information: Full-time, $18.00 hourly rate
Please note this position will require Friday and Saturday Audit (Overnight) shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
Position Overview: As a Night Auditor at Radisson Portland Airport, you'll play a crucial role in our overnight operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and accurate financial reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests professionally during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Obtain proper guest identification and credit/check approvals following hotel policies
- Manage special guest requests and ensure proper communication and fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude
- Answer and route telephone calls while providing accurate information
- Promote hotel amenities, events, and rate packages enthusiastically
- Perform daily revenue reconciliation and account balancing
- Process payments and prepare management reports
- Drive Company vans as needed
- Handle guest mail and wake-up call requests
- Balance and audit all front desk postings and settlements
- Reconcile food & beverage and miscellaneous revenue with POS system
- Complete front office system updates following guidelines
- Communicate effectively with incoming shift staff

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Required government licenses or certificates
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available to work any day/hour as needed
- Previous hotel experience preferred
