Duties include:
- Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
- Be aware of assigned positions and their surroundings at all times.
- Safety-certified on multiple attractions if applicable.
- Assist guests using attractions.
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related: general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests with the assistance of management.
- Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.
- Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and management.
- Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
- Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
- Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as needed.
Our perfect candidate has:
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, proficient in team building, and actively and energetically commit to be part of the solution
- Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified
- Complete and pass a background check
