Join the US Oncology business as an Integrated Business Planner and play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization by collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team passionate about making a difference. This position provides essential planning support to the sales and key account management leadership team, driving strategic planning efforts to meet goals and objectives.

An entrepreneurial mindset and business savviness are vital in optimizing resources and identifying key opportunities for growth across national, regional, and local markets. This role leads business planning and resource allocation for the product portfolio, using innovative approaches to develop strategies that meet customer needs.

Collaboration is paramount in this role, engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders, including brand marketing leads, to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies. Leveraging emotional intelligence fosters a positive team environment that encourages talent growth while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a change catalyst, this position actively contributes to the evolution of the department, aligning it with US Market and brand priorities. Utilizing advanced analytics, tools and techniques enhance planning and analytic capabilities, demonstrating ownership and accountability for contributions.

Additionally, collaboration with other Integrated Business Planners and peer functions promotes a unified approach across the Sales Force Planning organization. The ability to coach and develop the team is crucial to unlocking potential, ensuring engagement and motivation in a dynamic environment. In collaboration with Oncology and related marketing teams, understanding reporting requirements and developing pre-built views support Senior Sales Leadership, driving impactful decisions that enhance business performance.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

  • Provide overall decision analysis and strategic planning support to assist resource allocation decisions and customer management strategies in the attainment of performance and customer objectives.

  • Lead the business planning processes for the oncology product portfolio.

  • Identify performance outliers across segments to provide action-based recommendations to increase sales and market share across the strategic brands.

  • Ensure product/indication launch(s) preparedness for the oncology field sales organization.

  • Serve as a strategic partner and connect the functional groups at HQ with the commercial oncology teams (sales and key account management).

  • Lead various projects to foster innovation and increase efficiency for the commercial oncology organization.

Work Location:

  • Flexible to reside anywhere in the United States and can work remotely supporting the US Commercial Oncology business unit.

Qualifications:

Education required:

  • High school diploma

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of field-based or HQ experience.

  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of the US Oncology market.

  • Strong business acumen, project management, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Consultative and creative approach to strategic thinking, business analysis, and problem-solving.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Ability to influence to key stakeholders and drive

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Travel about 10% per year for national sales meetings and activities at HQ.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of field-based sales or key account management experience in the Oncology specialty.
