Operational Test Modification Integrator - Level 2
Join the Fort Worth Operational Test(OT) Team as an Operational Test Modifications Project Engineer. The OT Team is a portion of Test and Evaluation (T&E) Directorate within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Development Program Management Organization (PMO). This Team is responsible for supporting the F-35 OT Fleet, supporting coordination for OT data requirements, aircraft modification management, and near-term execution constraint resolution.
The OT team is a subset of the Fort Worth Technical Integration PMO Team and is a service organization that supports OT Site Execution and Configuration Management of the OT fleet. Scope of effort is focused on the F-35 platform.
What You Will Be Doing
This Operational Test Modification Integrator position will be responsible for OT Mod Planning, Coordination, and Implementation. In addition, the position will support the OT Mod team functions including Real-Time Parts Triage, Mod Implementation Coordination, OT Fleet Sustainment coordination, and Long-Range Mod Planning. This position will collaborate with the OT Sites, Customers, and other Flight Test Stakeholders to ensure the OT customers and their jets are able to support the Integrated Test Force objectives . The role will also coordinate, enable, and facilitate the necessary mods to ensure the aircraft are in the required configurations to support Program Objectives. Additional tasks for this position include:
* Supporting the OT Mods Team by coordinating across multiple teams to ensure mods can be executed on schedule
* Manage and keep current OT Mod Database(VBA Based)
* Maintaining Project status and forecasts as the Project Lead for various OT modification programs
* Interacting with Program Managers to resolve contract constraints
* Support Metrics Reporting
* Represent OT Organization to other Departments and Organizations

Basic Qualifications:
Customer engagement experience
Competency with a programming language (e.g Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Java, C++, Python, or similar)
Desired Skills:
Experience integrating between teams
Knowledge of parts procurement processes
Briefing / Public Speaking skills
Competency with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Excel
Active Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
