Purpose Statement
The Order Processing Coordinator position is a key part of our customer-focused philosophy, and thus your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. In this role you will receive, process and ship part, supply, and equipment orders to customers. Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is critical.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Review, process, and ship all spare part orders received through email or Salesforce console and ensure transmission to SAP auditing accuracy.
* Manage the order process of all part and supply orders shipping from our Canadian 3rd party logistics provider.
* Review and submit supply orders in Salesforce and SAP to generate purchase orders to DOT Foods within established lead times.
* Provide exceptional support to customers, sales team, and techs with tracking details, credit concerns, backorder parts, pricing issues, and all additional email inquiries.
* Assist in weekly cycle counts of spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation in SAP.
* Complete special projects from management as needed to support team i.e., shipping updated USB's and modems, building parts/labeling parts, restocking spare part bins, and programming USB's and SSD's
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication skills and pleasant manner
* Prior customer service experience
* Prior order entry or data entry experience
* Flexible and calm under pressure * Great problem-solving/investigative skills
* Fantastic interpersonal skills
* Team oriented individual; cooperative and ability to adapt in a changing environment

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$36,818.35-$49,813.06
