Full Job Description
Our digital agency client in Plano is looking for Paid Search Specialist to join their team FULL-TIME!
The Paid Search Specialist builds, analyzes the effectiveness of and optimizes client paid search campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads.
Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities
- Create and execute campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Oversee the pacing & performance of paid search campaigns
- Interpret performance data, sometimes in real time, and construct a narrative to share with clients or colleagues
- Optimize media to improve performance
- Manage total monthly expenditures in excess of $500K- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase traffic, improve conversion rates, drive revenue, and save costs- Optimize campaign performance with keywords- Ideate new concepts, compelling headlines, and creatives that generate high-click rates and conversions- Monitor and analyze ad group performance
- Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to improve return on ad spend (ROAS)- Leverage emerging tools, such as AI-based innovations, to drive efficiency and creativity
Paid Search Specialist Requirements
- 4+ years experience in hands-on paid search campaigns
- Hands on Google Ads experience a MUST
- Hands on Microsoft Ads preferred but can be taught
- Expert Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, COUNTIF(S)
- Google Analytics
- Teams, Outlook, project management tool like Asana
- Health care or simliar accounts HUGE PLUS
- Work with monthly budgets of $500K+
- Speak and write in Spanish HUGE PLUS
