Broadway In Chicago is looking for a dynamic marketing assistant to assist with day-to-day marketing needs. Position will assist Broadway In Chicago marketing staff as part of a team in organizing, scheduling, and fulfilling all projects from Marketing Managers and Directors. 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must feel comfortable negotiating and talking on the phone and via email for promotional outreach, as well as fostering and maintaining relationships with existing promotional partners
• Self-starter who feels comfortable taking initiative while working in a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to details to meet brand guidelines and marketing standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Assist and implement weekly Front of House Collateral transport and changeover
• Must be comfortable with outreach and communication to various groups via e-mail or phone.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
• Additional marketing related tasks will be assigned periodically
• Nights and weekends are occasionally requested

 Job will be approximately 24 hours per week. Position is in office, schedule is flexible (office hours are M – F, 9 am – 5 pm).

 The starting pay for this position is $16.25 per hour.
