Pediatric Physical Therapist - Early Intervention
Great opportunity for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, professional, multidisciplinary team in a supportive family-focused environment! The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) participates on a multidisciplinary team within the Early Intervention (EI) program providing home-based services to children (0-3 years) and their families. The PT is responsible for coordinating gross motor, handling, positioning, and adaptive equipment aspects of the child's treatment plan.
Other Responsibilities include:
- conducts developmental assessments
- fulfills coordination duties
- leads and supports group activities
- maintains an individual caseload
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Range: $64,613/salaried to $78,611/salaried depending on years of experience

Required Skills
- Experience in early intervention, special needs populations, or early childhood preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation or ability to access public transportation
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, sit, reach, crawl, and maneuver with infants and toddlers exercising constant changes of position and movement
Required Experience
- University Degree in Physical Therapy
- Eligible for or Current Massachusetts Licensure as a Physical Therapist
