We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photo Video Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Photo
Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality photo and video content
from conception to final output. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, creative, and
design, to ensure that visual content aligns with the company's brand, objectives, and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning & Management:
o Lead and coordinate all aspects of photo and video production, including pre-production,
shooting, and post-production.
o Develop production schedules, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure timely
delivery of content.
o Organize and supervise photo and video shoots, including selecting locations, talent, and
equipment.
* Creative Direction:
o Collaborate with creative teams to generate ideas and concepts for photo/video projects.
o Provide guidance and direction to photographers, videographers, and other team members
during shoots.
o Ensure content is visually compelling, high-quality, and on-brand.
* Post-Production:
o Supervise and manage post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and
visual effects.
o Ensure that final deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
o Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, and other collaborators to finalize content for
various platforms.
* Equipment & Budget Management:
o Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring it is in working order and ready for
use.
o Track production budgets and ensure projects are delivered within allocated resources.
* Collaboration & Communication:
o Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
o Work closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure all content is
distributed effectively across the appropriate channels.

* Content Strategy & Optimization:
o Monitor industry trends and leverage new technologies or techniques to improve content
quality and efficiency.
o Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.) and is
adaptable for various formats and devices.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in photo and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of
projects.
* Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high production standards.
