**Job Description: Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)**
**Location:** Cutting Edge Dermatology, 143 Woodland Dr SW, Wise, VA 24293
**Start Date:** As soon as possible
**Salary:** Base salary with bonus structure (negotiable) - No earning Cap
**Schedule:** Five days a week during regular business hours

Established in 2011, Cutting Edge Dermatology is dedicated to providing exceptional dermatological care. We are seeking a skilled and experienced PA or NP to join our team and work directly with Dr. Starnes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat various skin conditions and diseases.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with Dr. Starnes and the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients on skincare and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

**Qualifications:**
- Current state license to practice as a PA or NP.
- No criminal record.
- Minimum of 5 years of practice experience post-graduation.
- At least 2 years of experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, ENT, or other surgical subspecialty with a procedure-heavy focus.

**Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
