Job Summary
The Premium Sales & Events Specialist provides support to the Clients and Tenants of T-Mobile Arena by managing operational duties, planning events and handling information requests. This role will oversee the planning of all prospect, premium member, community and other events. Specialist functions include but are not limited to, maintaining KORE, following up with premium clients that have outstanding balances and purchasing tickets on behalf of sponsorship requests. This role will also be responsible for attending team events, promotions, venue events while cultivating and building a good working relationship with different personnel and departments.
Essential Functions
- Create and manage new, current, and past client records, build new accounts in CRM, maintain and update contact information, update contract attributes and link client accounts for multiple accounts/contracts as needed.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate collection of revenue for Premium license fees, Event Suite and ticket sales for T-Mobile Arena & Grand Garden Arena, including monthly AR and AP reports with Finance/Accounting Team.
- Responsible to build new accounts in CRM, maintain and update contract information for event suites for Vegas Golden Knights games and other events, i.e UFC, boxing, concerts, sporting events, etc.
- System fulfillment including: suites, premiums, club sales, SROs, and other premium ticketed areas and allocate relos (if necessary). Generate ticket order processing for premium clients, sponsors, and other outside entities and/or groups. Process ticket orders for shows and events providing prompt and courteous guest service.
- Overseeing the planning of all prospecting, premium member, community and other events such as: Incentive trips, Holiday Parties, Retreats, Networking events, Appreciation Dinners, Gifting, Chamber, Non-Profit Events etc.
- Serve as the primary contact to T-Mobile Arena Premium and act as the primary liaison in providing and determining their needs in order to make their event successful.
- Provide on-going support for assigned corporate sponsorships as well as premium clients through various means including, but not limited to, direct contact and corporate / premium partner gatherings.
- Act as the primary contact for all Premium Seating Members and providing excellent service.
- May be responsible for assisting the Premium Department with the preparation of proposals and decks. Purchase local and league ticket banks on behalf of the sponsorship department.
- Responsible for working and attending team events, promotions, venue events while cultivating and building a good working relationship with different personnel and departments. Work onsite and offsite at concert and events as needed basis as an industry liaison and coordinator.
- Assist with other duties/projects as assigned by Director/VP.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
- 2-4 years Of related work experience
- Experience in the sports and entertainment industry with client account management, and customer service
- Sales and/or events experience
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
- Significant time management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to act with discretion and handle confidential information
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to act in a professional manner in person, phone, and through email communications
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Desire to attend music events outside of office requirements preferred
