WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Act as the PriceFx SPA platform owner, including leading technology and process deployment on front-end SPA portal to all users
• Work with the technology development team to design, develop, and deploy SPA rebate claims back-end platform
• End-to-end responsibility for SPA performance measurement and response time
• Manage the SPA rebate claims distributor portal and deploy change management for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure AR disputes due to price and cost recovery errors are resolved timely
• Lead global standardization of technology and processes, applicable to the local market conditions

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferrably in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, or marketing
• Experience in the electrical industry preferred
• Experience with SPA rebate process preferred
• Experience leading pricing tool deployment across various regions and sales teams
• Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions with distributors and internal stakeholders
• Analytical and quantitative problem solving, systems savvy
