BAE Systems is seeking a Principal Program Control Analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join the Program Finance team in the Integrated Survivability (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area. This is a Hybrid work environment for on-site support in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This role is to support the award of the next CMWS Production program (anticipated to be >$100m) and will serve as a lead and mentor to junior staff. The candidate will interface with a diverse program team that is co-located in various regions of the US. The candidate for this role will be the trusted business partner to program stakeholders, providing analysis and management of financial requirements to support program execution and decision-making focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
- Experience in Program / Project Finance in a defense environment is required.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel
- Previous experience in Program Control
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, including program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash, and collections
- Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion/Smartview, ProPricer, Iportal, and Cobra
- Familiarity with Material Reporting System (MRS), Direct Material Forecast Report (DMFR), Dataview and other factory reporting
- Knowledgeable in EVMS both procedures and systems
- Experience in managing production programs to include analyzing Hours Per Unit and Unit Production Cost
- Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
