Partner with the best

As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of product nonconformances to ensure timely root cause analysis, disposition, corrective/preventive action, and completion (ISO 9001 and API Q1)
  • Analysis and reporting of data trends regarding product and Quality Management System nonconformances, and Quality metrics to leadership and customers weekly, monthly and annually
  • Provides support for Quality Management System procedure revisions
  • Head various site and multi-site level projects as necessary
  • Handle Customer Complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain and make recommendations to site level inspection skip-lot program data in ERP system (SAP).

Fuel Your Passion:

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
  • 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering.
  • 2+ years' experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001, API Q1, or other similar)
  • Data analysis and trend reporting
  • Background in root cause and corrective actions
