Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Program Director for Adult Community Clinical Services!
The Program Director guides an integrated, multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive clinical and recovery services. The Program Director exemplifies the values inherent in recovery-oriented services, including creating a trauma informed, respectful and inclusive work environment, engaging in ongoing learning, and participating in continuous quality improvement. The Program Director supervises staff and actively participates in projects as a member of the division management team.
Our ACCS integrated team is a dynamic and passionate group of professionals: clinicians, peer specialists, counselors, recovery coaches, nurses, housing coordinators, and more! The program provides clinical interventions and peer and family support to encourage connection and maximize people’s ability to live successfully in the community.
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday - Friday with Hybrid Opportunities
