ECS's Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead, engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) activities, and cross-functional relationships through multiple life cycle phases. This role will be based in Totowa NJ, with the potential for hybrid remote work when on-site presence is not required.
The individual selected for this role will work closely with the functional leads to support the execution of programs for customers. This is a result-oriented position and it requires a disciplined process management skillset, strong technical acumen, and experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution. The Program Manager will be the main point of contact to the Government and will provide the overall leadership to personnel on the program. The successful candidate will use the full breadth of company resources to solve our customers' challenges and provide the Warfighter a mission-critical advantage.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- Minimum 5 year of Defense Industry experience.
- Program management experience or managing multiple contract awards.
Excellent program/project management skills and experience managing subcontractors.
Brilliant on the basics - high level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget. - Knowledge of Government/DoD contracting and current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop program/project plans specifying goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, risks and contingency plans.
- Direct program activities to meet work objectives and serves as a liaison with customers to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
- Identify and mitigate risks and document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements.
- Communicate with all levels of senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.
Manage program scope and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes. - Provide leadership and support to Earned Value Management, Master Planning Techniques (IMP/IMS) and Subcontract Management.
- Participate in business cases development that reflect strategic partner relationships and drive technology development plans.
- Demonstrated success in executing contracts >$10M.
- Experience being Cost Account Manager (CAM).
- Top Secret Clearance with recent SCI Billet.
- Master of Science and/or MBA.
- PMP, Agile, ITIL or other related certifications.
- Minimum 7 year of Defense Industry experience.
- Experience with electronic warfare products.
