As a Project Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of Turbomachinery Installation and Commissioning Projects in NAM. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. You will also encompass managing the financial aspects of projects, coordinating logistics activities, and providing analytical support to ensure successful project execution.
As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitate order management - process purchase order requisitions and supplier invoicing receipt
- Support forecasting, billing and collection activities as directed by Project Leader.
- First point of contact for site team inquiries and customer complaint (issue) resolution process
- Work with supporting function to understand and communicate commits and status to customers on pending deliveries
- Works with engineering, material experts and procurement teams to obtain resolutions to Service Requests in a timely manner
- Updates Project Leader and Site Team on latest deliveries and risks of delay
- Manages Field Service Engineer (FSE) site access forms and communicates site requirements to facilitate entry into site
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diplomawith at least 4 years of experience in Services)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must live in Houston or surrounding areas
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with supply chain processes
- Ability to manage delicate communications with customers in high-pressure scenarios
