Position Summary:

This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. These individuals are subject matter experts on testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. They help condition and generate test data, build, and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects

Must Have:

Absolute non-negotiables/ top 3 skills:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on Selenium experience (must be recent)
• Proficient in Functional/ UAT Testing & QA industry experience (8-10 years total)
• Database testing: Proficient SQL Queries (rating of 7-8/10 scale)

NiceToHave:

• Resource who has previously done enterprise application development or at least obtained the strong level of education in information systems/application development that provides for a full understanding of distributed enterprise applications - the components, the lifecycle, etc.
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
• High proficiency on MS office skills
• Excellent Communication skills
