Job Summary
Reporting to ta Quality Supervisor, you will oversee the floor tests on in-process samples and finished product to determine the quality and acceptability of each material. Review appropriate records and informing supervisory and production personnel of any non- conforming record or task. Ensure prerequisite programs are being upheld and performed correctly. Be first contact for any quality related issues on the floor.
You will:
- Support sanitation events by conducting and leading Post Sanitation Inspections.
- Monitor records on the floor to ensure complete and correct information. Work with teams to educate on how to fill out forms and perform routine quality tasks.
- Monitor and own programs to support consumer complaints; quality index, mixed ratio check, detail checks, BOM material check, and any other checks supporting this program.
- Work with operations leadership to proritize work for Process Control Technicians.
- Manage micro programs by performing routine and corrective action swabs and data authorizing. Communication any out of specifications results to the quality leadership.
- Be the first contact for any quality incident on the production floor working with the Quality Supervisor to provide a complete investigation.
- Promote food safety culture on the floor through observations and conversations.
- Work Sunday through Thursday 6 am to 2:30pm with occasional weekend work.
You have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BS in Food Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience within food packaging/consumer products industry
- Solid knowledge base of prerequisite programs and requirements.
- Food manufacturing experience and good understanding of total supply chain.
- Hands-on, direct management style
- An ability to see bigger picture and envision step change scenarios
- 3-5-year experience within food packaging/consumer products industry
Compensation:
Pay Range:$48,000-$64,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
