You will work with quality, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, product development, and our suppliers to ensure that our products conform to standards and exceed our customers' expectations. You will have opportunities to grow both personally and professionally while having a lot of fun!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide quality leadership for assigned value stream/product line(s), working cross-functionally to continuously improve quality and quality systems
Ensure conformance to control plans and capability to specifications, using statistical process control and data to identify special causes and reduce variation
Provide reports and data on key metrics and lead targeted improvement efforts
Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving
Perform or assist with PPAP, gauge R&R, pFMEA, and process mapping on assigned product line(s)
Qualify changes to product, process, equipment, and gauges, and assist with equipment troubleshooting
Train and coach associates on quality systems, specifications, and expectations
Develop, improve, and evaluate test methods and associated instruments/gauges
Perform test wall failure investigations, write CAPAs and deviations, and make assessments of non-conforming material

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, etc.,) Technology, or related field
Loves to solve problems and continuously improve
Inquisitive
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
Root cause analysis

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years experience in a manufacturing, continuous process environment
Working knowledge of quality systems, standards, measurement tools, and inspection systems.
Knowledge of pFMEA, SPC, CAPA, process capability and Lean manufacturing principles
Lean or Six Sigma knowledge and practice
Minitab and PowerBI skills
ASQ Quality Engineer certification
Time management
Mechanical inclination
