Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Location: Seattle, WA 98109

Job Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr to $21.00/hr

Job Description:

  • The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Global Specialty Recruiting team.
  • This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements.
  • Our Client highly values the candidate experience and the RC for the Global Specialty Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our most senior candidates.
  • This person will be the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.

This role will influence candidate and client experience by:

  • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date
  • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Client by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in Client database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Basic qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or or project management experience
  • This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex projects
  • Experience working with recruiting teams
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • A passion for technology
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs

  • M-F 9-5 Standard
  • OT is possible
  • Flexible on time, can clock out for a time and clock in
