Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Reporting Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite 1 day per week)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Engagement Description
Reporting Analyst for Medicare Business Performance - Business Process Management.
Top 3 Required skills/experience:
* Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables while independently working with internal partners.
* Proven ability to understand and utilize reporting system capabilities into educating and proposing innovative analytics to divisional leadership.
* Identify, document and communicate system and process changes necessary to improve system and operational performance measures and reporting.
Required skills/experience:
* Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience required.
* Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
* Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
* Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
* Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred skills/experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access
* Working knowledge of Smartsheet application
* Customer service background preferred
Education/Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field required.
