Job Description
Responsible for the accurate processing and accounting of American Express transactions, Chrome River expense reimbursements and other Travel and Entertainment operations in accordance with the Firm’s T&E Policy.Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:
- Verify coding, approvals and supporting documentation in accordance with Firm policies for American Express Transaction Processing, Chrome River expense reimbursements, direct billed hotel processing, CitiBusiness and Citi Credit Card Statement processing.
- Investigate, follow up and resolve open issues related to the New York and Regional Office meeting cards, corporate cards and the Regional Business Travel Accounts (BTA).
- Process Chrome River expense reimbursements.
- Audit US expense reports.
- Assist with inquiries regarding the coding of AMEX transactions and Chrome River expense reimbursements with a high degree of professionalism and timeliness.
- Complete hotel and vendor credit applications, as needed.
- Direct Billed Hotel Processing: verify coding, approvals and supporting documentation in accordance with Firm policies.
- Provide supporting documentation for Chrome River expense reimbursement reports and all credit cards upon request.
- Any additional responsibilities as required by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 1+ years travel and entertainment or accounts payable experience, preferably in a law firm
- Must be experienced in excel
- Must be able to work in a paperless expense reimbursement system
- SOME OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Estimated salary range is $50,000 - $60,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
