The Retail Marketing Manager will drive all facets of The AZEK Company’s retail channel marketing strategy and execution.
Key areas of responsibility include: development and execution of strategic marketing plans designed to drive retail growth, product commercialization, media/advertising communications, project management, sales/marketing analytics, and a high-degree of communication and partnership with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Execute an annual marketing plan designed to drive retail sales growth and engagement across all retail partners
- Develop and execute monthly, omnichannel go-to-market plans supporting both traditional and digital marketing tactics
- Continuously look at opportunities to drive sales growth, consumer and pro awareness and associate engagement
In-Store Experience & Retail Merchandising
- Lead the design and execution of retail displays, product packaging, POP, sales & marketing collateral, and in-aisle activations
- Partner with the retail sales team to develop best in class training, communication, and sales materials for retail and Pro Desk associates
- Lead the development and execution of retail advertising campaigns (includes OOH and digital channels) in partnership with advertising agencies and the Integrated Marketing Team
- Manage retail in-store and tradeshow premiums, educational materials and giveaways
Digital/E-Commerce Presence Business Financials & Analytics Position Qualifications: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $101,500 in our lowest market up to $124,500 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
