Responsibilities
The FIT Associate is the heart and sole (pun intended) of this business, this position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience that sets our company apart from other shopping experiences. You will be part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and making product recommendations via our FIT process, educate customers on new and existing product while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in retail or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent product knowledge, or the ability to learn, to be able to educate customers on new products.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat store environment.
- Creativity and innovation in generating event ideas that drive revenue and engage customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have the ability to switch gears and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing valuable product information.
- Execute the FIT process and listening attentively to identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays and merchandise.
- Identify opportunities for events and promotions that will increase revenue and attract new customers.
- Assist in planning and executing events to engage and retain current customers, such as clinics, demos, or special-sales.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Work Conditions:
This position requires working in a retail store environment, standing for extended periods, and assisting customers throughout the day.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required to support events and peak shopping times.
