Reverse Logistics and Repair PlannerJob Description
The Reverse Logistics and Repair Planner will manage and optimize the flow of returned goods, components, and materials within the Latham factory to ensure effective processes for assessing, repairing, and redistributing products to maximize recovery value, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Your role:
Manage Return Flow: You’ll oversee the process for returned goods, including receipt, inspection, disposal, repair, or refurbishment, and reintegration into the supply chain.
Repair Planning: You’ll develop and maintain efficient workflows for repairing or refurbishing products and creating workorders to support repair teams.
Inventory Control: You’ll track and manage returned items inventory, including managing stock levels, forecasting repair parts demand, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting: You’ll monitor KPIs related to reverse logistics and repair activities, such as turnaround time, recovery rates, and costs as well as prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll collaborate with supply chain, production, customer service, and quality control teams to support seamless reverse logistics and repair operations.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 5+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of related experience and education in manufacturing planning and/or reverse logistics.
Your skills include ERP software use, specifically SAP, as well as intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software.
You have at least a high school diploma.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator, able to interface across multiple functions, and drive projects and tasks to completion.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in New York is $27.88 to $37.50 per hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
