We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Hospital at Home team in College Station, Texas. As a Hospital at Home Registered Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalized care to patients within their homes. You will play a crucial role in assessing clinical and environmental needs, fostering a healing environment, and supporting patients and their families through education and emotional support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide high-quality acute care services to patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program.
*Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
*Spend additional time at bedside assessing clinical and environmental needs and supporting an overall healing environment.
*Act as a key educator and provide ongoing support to patients and their families, ensuring they have the necessary resources and understanding to manage their care at home.
*Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
MAJOR - Nursing
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Job Summary
Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, fulfills organization's priorities, enhancing responsibility to promote mission. The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

- You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
- You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
- You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
- At least (2) two years in the field.
- Registered Nurse License.
- You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
