Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Sales Resources Administrator for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities
- Collects, organized, logs and files all incoming sales representative and sales manager reporting
- Maintains tracking reports which indicate the receipt and timeliness of field reports received
- Processes all business card requests
- Provides support to the sales force vias phone, email and fax
- Assists in processing termination paperwork for all reps and field managers as well as maintaining the related process documentation files and spreadsheets
- Answers and response to phone calls for the department, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintains proper records
- Assists sales managers with transferring accounts
Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of experience in a business or administrative environment or an Associate degree in a relevant field
- Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Excel,af Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and the ability to learn new technologies
- Strong phone communication skills
- The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
Additional Information
This is a Monday-Friday role with the hours of 8am-5:00pm. Hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
