An Excellent Opportunity for "Scrum Master" to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

Job Description:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and help them adopt and improve Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team's progress and delivery.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
• Foster team self-organization and collaboration across roles.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
• Serve as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders.
• Advocate for Agile adoption and support broader organizational transformation efforts.

Must Have:

• Scaled Agile experience (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, etc)
• SDLC
• JIRA Confluence, Advanced JIRA filters, Queries, Dashboards, Reports
• Release & Defect Management
• Must know the difference between Functional and Non Functional Requirements, must be familiar with the concept of multi POD Release cycles, Environments, Defect Cycles
• Project management experience to manage the more strategic aspects of projects (i.e., long term roadmaps/connecting PI performance to fixed target dates for user launches/determining milestones, etc.)
• Presentation skills/experience providing updates to execs
