Description:

Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Security Representative Sr / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Be Doing
As the CPSO your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* All aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoDM 5200.01, ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21 as well as OPSEC and related SOPs IAW with program DD 254(s). * Acting as a liaison with government agency representatives, such as the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Information System Security Professionals (ISSP), Advanced / Special Program Security Control Assessors (SCA), and other external /internal customers, including, but not limited to, counterintelligence and Information Technology (IT) professionals.
* Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. * Ensuring proper measures are taken when an information system incident or vulnerability is discovered.
This position also requires an enhanced security review IAW USG contract requirements and it is a condition of employment.

Basic Qualifications:
* Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
* Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
* Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
* Final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
* Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO, ACPSO or physical security specialist.
* Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
