Professional Requirements:

• 8-10 years' experience in data, digital, and transformational innovation.
• Proven track record of selling and consulting to and for Fortune 500 technology & innovation leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, drive consensus, and influence decision-making.
• Exhibits superior oral and written communication skills with executive presence; is clear, concise, sincere, and persuasive, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Is also a good listener and shows an interest in what others have to say.
• Deep understanding of transformational technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Passion to learn and expand technical knowledge, and motivated to win in selling situations by solving client issues.
• Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts, pursuing objectives beyond what is required or expected. Able to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels, mobilize and persuade others, and consistently meet/exceed planned objectives.

• Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $175,000-225,000 + commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
