Our popular skincare client in Coppell is looking to add a FULL-TIME Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic in-house team immediately! This role is 100% onsite in Coppell, TX.

The Senior Brand Manager will join an expanding marketing team to support the fast, steady growth of the company. The Senior Brand Manager is a key role and will be over planning, executing, and analyzing multiple campaigns simultaneously while always planning ahead on brand strategy. The Senior Brand Manager will be the SME on the brand's consumer insights and trends and use those to identify new and key opportunities to drive growth and disrupt existing category leaders.

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop key brand strategies, marketing plans and product innovations for a specific product line
- Analyze current trends and data to optimize strategy and make educated adjustments to existing and new product(s)
- Evaluate market trends and consumer behavior to identify key opportunities across consumer segments
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for positive consumer brand experience
- Manage the relationship between vendors and agency partners to implement PR, media, event and creative plans
- Collaborate with Product Development / R&D partners to drive new product development process
- Provide insight to develop new and unique product and packaging from concept to execution
- Coordinate with the sales team on marketing materials, presentations, samples and other relevant materials to help drive business at key retail locations
- Manage cross-functional teams to complete projects on-time and cost-effectively
- Analyze brand performance and marketing effectiveness against ROI objectives to improve strategies
- Manage marketing/project budgets.

Senior Brand Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 7+ years of progressive experience in brand management/brand marketing, preferably in the CPG industry
- Experience in consumer insights/research and utilizing data to drive decision making
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working on multiple campaigns at once
- Experience working across multiple teams and allocating resources appropriately
- Experience using Asana or any other project management software
- Any experience and interest in skincare/beauty is a plus

- Performance bonus annually - up to 35% of salary (July/August)
