Full Job Description
Our client in the electrical and technology space is looking for a creative Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This role will be onsite in their Seattle office, Monday-Thursday. On Friday's the team works remote.
As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
-Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning them with the companies brand values and business objectives
-Write RFP responses and oversee regional marketing and project pursuit efforts, including writing and development, process optimization, documentation, and timely responses
-Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing strategies
-Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement
-Utilize data-driven approaches to inform strategies, assess campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
-Lead the development of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences
-Manage resources, including budget allocations and staff planning, to ensure efficient and impactful marketing operations
What you need to know as a Senior Marketing Manager:
-7+ years in project management within a marketing context, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
-Deep understanding of contemporary marketing practices, particularly digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management
-Proven track record of leading marketing teams and projects, emphasizing team development and mentorship
-Expertise in using platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, or Hubspot
-Knowledge of the electrical, technology, or AEC sectors to craft relevant and impactful strategies is a bonus
-Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and business requirements
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
