Our client is looking for a senior product designer to work on our enterprise team focused primarily on internal tools related to content finance. This designer will work alongside two other senior product designers and focus specifically on products that support our client’s content planning processes through financial forecasting. We're looking for a stunning enterprise product designer to embed with a cross-functional team of PMs, Eng, Data science and business partners to develop interfaces for this team.
Responsibilities
- Design UI screens and UX workflows, utilizing our design system
- Conduct usability research and testing with internal and vendor users
- Work with Product Management to refine requirements and metrics
- Deliver designs to Engineering and work with them through the development lifecycle to achieve high quality experiences
- Create diagrams, presentations, documentation and any material necessary to communicate designs clearly to stakeholders
Equivalent skills
- 6+ years of Product Design experience designing enterprise products.
- Operates independently and is comfortable with seeking clarity in the midst of ambiguity.
- Multiple successful product launches that drove meaningful impact to the business.
- Ability to quickly build understanding of complex workflows designed to scale across diverse, global teams.
- Ability to rapidly ideate, produce, and test multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes.
- Skills in communicating your concepts and promoting their potential positive impact.
- Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
- Ego-free and earnest-you welcome candid feedback and constructively give it.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $130.50 to $145.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
